From January of 2018 through May of 2022, I attended Colorado State University where I graduated with a major in Journalism and Media Communication and a double minor in Sports Management and Business Administration. Prior to attending Colorado State University, I attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where I was seeking a double major in Hospitality, Event Planning and Business, Marketing.
While attending Colorado State University, I interned in the Athletic Department. I spent the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 athletic seasons as a Marketing intern and the 2021/2022 season as a Social/Digital Media Intern. This page is focused on my Social/Digital Media internship, there is a separate page dedicated to my Marketing internship.
As a Social/Digital Media intern during the 2021/2022 athletic season, I worked closely with the SID for the Track & Field and Cross Country teams to assist in running their social media pages. I was also tasked with running the social media pages for the Cheerleading and Poms teams. I also worked nearly all home athletic events during which I ran the team's or CSU Athletic Department's Instagram Stories as well as making occasional posts to the accounts Instagram feeds.
